A fast-growing Southern California trust & estate litigation firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate Attorney to its Orange County office.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants real responsibility, mentorship, and long-term growth in a collaborative litigation environment.
Handle trust & estate litigation matters from early stages through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Assist with trial prep and second-chair opportunties
Work directly with clients, partners, and experienced litigation staff
